How heavy should my weighted blanket be?
We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s around 10% of your overall body weight. If you’re in between weights, it’s best to round down to the lighter weight, especially if this is your first time trying a weighted blanket!
How long does it take to get used to sleeping under weight?
We recommend using the Napper for less than 2 hours during the first three days and gradually increasing the usage until you build up to a full night’s rest. After around ten days, you should begin to experience the benefits of restorative rest.
How are Bearaby’s weighted blanket different from other weighted blankets?

Are your blankets machine washable?
You can machine wash your Napper separately in cool water on a delicate cycle. After washing, tumble dry your Napper on low – it may take a few cycles to fully dry. Check your machine’s weight capacity before washing, and avoid top-loading machines.
