Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving an RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item and approve the refund, you can place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
